Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center) within the Reducing HIV-related burden in the Republic of Moldova Grant financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), intends to register contractors and/or firms for procurement of IT Equipment for strengthening of institutional capacity for social service provision and to apply the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contracts for which this invitation is issued. These include but not limited to the following: PCs, Multimedia projector, Laptop, Copy machine, Printer. Detailed registration criteria are presented in the set of registration documents.

It is expected that invitations to bid will be made in March, 2010.

Registration Criteria
- The Applicant should be the official distributor of brand in Moldova;
- The Applicant must have authorized service network;

A complete set of registration documents in English may be solicited by interested bidders in a written solicitation by mail or fax. Further information may be obtained at the address below during office hours 09:00 to 18:00 hours.

Applications for registration should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by February 26, 2010, 16:00 hrs local time and be clearly marked "Application for Registration for procurement of Vehicles" Submissions received after date and time will be considered invalid.
